The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by FDA-approved research. Products at La Gasolina are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Product Use Policy

  • Respectful Environment: La Gasolina is a community-focused space. We expect all guests to respect our staff, other guests, and the lounge environment.

  • Prohibited Behavior: Disorderly conduct, illegal activities, and the use of non-cannabis controlled substances are strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave immediately.

Membership Policy

  • Membership Benefits: Members receive exclusive discounts, early access to events, and other perks.

  • Membership Revocation: Memberships may be revoked at the discretion of La Gasolina staff for violations of policies or inappropriate behavior.

Private Events Policy

  • Event Rentals: The lounge is available for private events. All events must comply with La Gasolina’s policies and local regulations.

  • Deposit and Cancellation: A deposit is required to secure event bookings. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Liability Disclaimer

  • No Liability: La Gasolina is not responsible for any injuries, adverse reactions, or legal issues resulting from the consumption of cannabis products on-site.

  • Assumption of Risk: By entering La Gasolina, guests assume all risks associated with the consumption of cannabis products.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds on Used Products: All sales are final on opened or consumed products.

  • Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
